What People Are Saying

“Hike 2 Connect is an excellent and therapeutic experience for anyone! As a Mental Health Professional, I loved that Tai promoted being present, relaxation techniques, decompression, and sensory. The routes are customizable so the distance can accommodate the needs of anyone who hikes. Tai was professional, compassionate, attentive, and fun. I highly recommend this hike for anyone who may be experiencing brain fog, difficulty concentrating, sadness, anxiety, stress, or others who would like relief.”

“If there was only one word that I could use to describe Tai, it would be passionate. Regardless of if she is working with the youth, fighting for social justice, acting, speaking, writing, coaching, or encouraging others to be their best selves, she does it with passion. Tai has the capacity to not only engage an audience, but she also has the amazing ability to hold their attention with her knowledge and presence. When Tai speaks, people listen. She is as motivating as she is influential. The amount of people that Tai has connected with and inspired is immeasurable. She has an energy that is unmatched and a wealth of experience to accompany her many talents.”

“Tai was amazing! She was so interactive with our group and got us pumped up about our body image and our mindsets. She made it a mission to connect with us all. Personally I have been going through my own journey of dealing with the struggle of not seeing myself as who I want to be and holding myself to the expectation of perfect. I have talked to people and gotten great advice but Tai, she really encouraged me and reminded me of who I am and my values. I really hope to hear her talk again and I aspire to be like her and have her energy. The way she lights up a room, that right there is what I want to do.”
